PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the number of customers in each place in a store without using a human body detection sensor, and to control an air conditioner in response. SOLUTION: Order data is sent to a management computer 6 from an order input terminal receiving input of an order of a customer, and the management computer 6 determines a visiting situation of customers on the basis of the order data. If air conditioners 1-5 are installed in each guest room R of a store, a guest room number is inputted along with order contents by the order input terminal, the management computer 6 receives the order contents and the guest room number from the order input terminal, and a set temperature of the relevant guest room is changed to a set temperature for when customers are using the room. For example, when cooling, the set temperature is high in a guest room without customers to save electric power, and when customers enter, the set temperature is lowered to provide a comfortable room temperature of the guest room.
