PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide gas discharger and a carbonated drink server capable of preventing a carbon dioxide gas for taking out from dissolving into a carbonated drink stored in a tank as a temperature for storing the drink in the tank gets lower than a temperature at which the drink in the tank is to be used during the open hours or the like, and also maintaining the quality of the carbonated drink. SOLUTION: The carbonated drink server 1 for taking out the carbonated drink to serve for drink by supplying the pressurized carbon dioxide gas into the tank 2 in which the drink is stored is equipped, in the tank 2, with the carbon dioxide gas discharger 5 having a pressure sensor mechanism 55 for discharging the pressurized carbon dioxide gas in the tank 2 until a predetermined pressure is reached while storing the drink.
