PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film sandwich type cushion material having a soft and cushioning feeling at initial abutment regardless of the weight of a user or the load of an object, which turns into a rigid cushioning feeling after the user or the object sinks in to a degree, having durability, hardly permanently setting in fatigue, and only requiring relatively reduced manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: Profile-processed surfaces 20 of a plurality of cushion materials 2 made of a profile-processed soft resin foam are opposed to each other, and elastic films 3 are sandwiched and provided therebetween.
