PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shading laminated material excellent in barrier properties, weatherability, heat resistance, a water resistance, heat sealability and other various physical properties, in particular shading properties, also excellent not only in content filling and packaging properties, content preservability or the like but also in aesthetic properties damaging no packaging appearance, facilitating the inspection of foreign matter due to a metal detector, not producing a harmful substance or the like at the time of incineration disposal treatment after use and extremely excellent in waste disposal properties, environmental properties or the like, and a packaging bag using it. SOLUTION: This shading laminated material is constituted by successively laminating a plastic base material, a barrier film wherein a vapor deposition film of an inorganic oxide is provided on one side of a base material film, and a shading resin layer having heat sealability.
