PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that can effectively remove the heat formed in a polymerization tank in the cases where the anxiety that the rise of liquid face or foaming under reduced pressure caused by the condensation of a liquid volatile substance and the reduction of heat-removing effect caused by the deposition of scale is considered and a decrease in the amount of a non-condensable gas becomes indispensable in order to not lower the heat-exchange ability of a reflux condensor, thereby the reduction of heat exchange ability caused by the deposition of scale, the purge of non condensing gas and the treatment operations become unnecessary. SOLUTION: The polymerization heat that is generated in a polymerization reaction liquid containing a liquid volatile substance having a boiling point lower than a polymerization controlling temperature is allowed to come into contact efficiently with a reflux condenser by using a vapor phase stirring blade provided in a gaseous part inside the polymerization tank to continue heat-exchange with the liquid in the reflux condenser, thus the polymerization heat in the polymerizer is removed effectively.
