PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Internet terminal for a mobile body capable of restraining a defect due to unauthorized use of the Internet. SOLUTION: A control circuit 1 displays an authentication menu on a display apparatus 7 for user authentication (steps S1, S2). Then the control circuit 1 displays a connection configuration diagram of the display apparatus 7 and determines an access level setting object on the basis of an input signal from an operation device 4 (steps S3, S4). Then the control circuit 1 displays a setting item menu for reception of Cookie, execution of JavaScript (R), use of mail, permission of file download, and limit of accessible site or the like on the display apparatus 7 and sets the access level on the basis of an input signal from the operation device 4 (steps S5, S6). Moreover, the control circuit 1 displays a setting object confirmation menu and again determines the access level setting object on the basis of an input signal from the operation device 4 (steps S7, S8).
