<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board which is excellent in signal transmitting characteristics for effectively preventing the influence of noise even when an interval between two adjacent feed-through conductors for signals is narrow. <P>SOLUTION: This wiring board is provided with an insulating substrate 1 constituted by laminating a plurality of insulating layers 6 in which the mounting part of an electronic component is formed on an upper face, and a plurality of wiring conductors 2 for signals and wiring conductors 3 for groundings in the surrounding are formed; and an internal wiring conductor 5 formed on at least one of the side face and lower face of the insulating substrate 1 from the wiring conductors 2 for signals, and the wiring conductors 3 for groundings through a feed-through conductor 4. The feed-through conductor 4 includes four feed-through conductors 4 connected to the two adjacent wiring conductors 2 for signals, respectively, and the wiring conductors 3 for groundings at both sides in the uppermost layer of the insulating substrate 1, and the four feed-through conductors 4 are configured so that an interval between the feed-through conductors connected to the two adjacent wiring conductors 2 for signals can be set so as to be larger than an interval between the feed-through conductor 4 connected to the wiring conductor 2 for the signal, and that connected to the wiring conductor 3 for groundings adjacent to this. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
