<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for eliminating scale adhering on equipment by cavitation through oil which eliminates the scale owing to effective destruction of deposits such as the scale and the like adhering and accumulated on the inside of the equipment in a short time without damaging the adhering surface of the equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In petroleum refinery and petrochemical equipment placed with at least a circulating pump 1, a heat exchanger 2, containers 5 storing a desired volume of a light oil along circulating pipe lines P<SB>1</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>, P<SB>3</SB>, a light oil circulating means supplying the light oil to the containers 5 from the heat exchanger 2 by heating by the circulating pump 1 through the pipeline P<SB>1</SB>, P<SB>2</SB>, P<SB>3</SB>, and a high pressure cavitation generating means generating high pressure cavitation by a high pressure pump 7 arranged through a branched pipe line branched from the circulation pipe line of the upstream side of the circulating pump 1 are provided, and the high pressure cavitation is generated through at least one of the circulation light oil passing through the heat exchanger 2 and the containers 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
