<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus with continued mothproof effect and with reduced cost and labor. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting apparatus 1 comprises a discharge lamp 2, an apparatus main body 3 which houses the discharge lamp 2 and has an irradiation aperture for irradiating the light from the discharge lamp 2, and an optical filter 4 for cutting off the light of wavelength 410 nm or less. The optical filter 4 is installed at a position separated from the irradiation aperture on the optical path of the light irradiated from the irradiation aperture so that the air between the optical filter 4 and irradiation aperture may circulate with the outside of the lighting apparatus 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
