PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture tool which mitigates the pain of a patient as much as possible. SOLUTION: The puncture tool is constituted to contain a needle unit holder 120, which keeps a needle unit 119 detachably and attachably at the end and slidably keeps a needle pushing bar 123 for pushing the needle unit forward, in a housing 101 in a manner that the needle unit holder 120 freely moves back and forth relative to the housing. In the puncture tool, a puncture needle 125 of the needle unit appears and disappears through a needle passing opening 111 at the end of the housing, and an end cover 176 having a plurality of pointed parts 178 sharpened forward on the end surface is provided on the front end part of the housing.
