<p>A data collection device (10) includes: a data collection section (18) for collecting data from a to-be-managed device (40); an event identification section (11) for identifying a first judgment event registered in advance so as to judge whether a message is to be created; an event storage section (14) for storing the first judgment event; a message storage section (13) for storing in advance a first message format used for creating a message according to the first judgment event; and a message creation section (16) for reading data from the data collection section (18), creating a message, and transmitting it to a data management device (30) when an event detection section (15) detects generation of the first judgment event. The device further includes an enquiry identification section (12) for identifying an enquiry (52) which is a data request from a data administrator. The message storage section (13) stores a second message format included in the enquiry (52). The message creation section (16) creates a message according to the second message format.</p> |
