SOLUTION: In a step S11, file format identifier information and block identifier information to be read out which correspond to relation information relating to contents are specified. In a step S17, it is decided whether file format version information read out of a file specified with the file format identifier matches previously set file format version information. In a step S22, the relation information is read out of a block specified with the block identifier information of the specified file on the basis of the block position information of the specified file when it is decided that the two pieces of file format version information match each other.
