PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a heat exchanging panel surface is apt to be contaminated in a radiation type air conditioner. SOLUTION: A coating film including a photocatalytic material (for example, titanium oxide) is formed on surfaces of the heat exchanging panels in the air conditioner having the heat exchanging panels 21a, 21b for circulating a cooling medium supplied from a cold heat source inside thereof. An upper conduit pipe 41 horizontally extended on an upper part of the plurality of heat exchanging panels extended in the vertical direction and communicated with the panels, a lower pipe conduit 51 horizontally extended at a lower part of the panels and communicated with the panels, a water collection plate 61 mounted between the upper pipe conduit and the lower pipe conduit for capturing the dropped dew condensation water, and a drain pan 15 for draining the dew condensation water are mounted. The water collection plate has a ridge-shaped crest part on its central part in the width direction, and trough parts at its both sides to have the W-shaped cross section, and further has notches for accommodating side edge parts of the heat exchanging panels on both side edge parts.
