PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket capable of improving the heat resistance while suppressing the reduction of rigidity. SOLUTION: A pair of plates (intermediate plates 33, 35) having through holes 34, 36 extended in the plate thickness direction are stacked in a state that peripheral edges of the through holes 34, 36 are at least partially shifted from each other to constitute the gasket 30.
