<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer database diagnostic device allowing efficient diagnosis of validity of customer data. <P>SOLUTION: A diagnosis program and data obtained by encrypting diagnosing customer data 45 inside a storage device 5 of a computer 3 are installed to computers 7-1 to 7-n with MO11-1 to 11-n as media. The computer 7-1 to 7-n have customer databases including telephone numbers, names, and addresses or the like, inside storage devices 9-1 to 9-n. The diagnosis program installed to the computers 7-1 to 7-n diagnoses the customer databases inside the storage devices 9-1 to 9-n by use of the diagnosing customer data 45' obtained by encrypting the diagnosing customer data 45 to decide the validity of the telephone number, the name, and the address or the like.
