<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card and an IC card program capable of confirming a protocol used by a card reader/writer and executing applications conforming to the used protocol in the IC card storing a plurality of applications in one IC chip. <P>SOLUTION: Information for the communication protocols corresponding to each application is arranged.
