PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous operation of two operation means in a seat adjuster device equipped with a walk-in mechanism and a fold-down mechanism. SOLUTION: When the walk-in mechanism is operated (a first lever 22 is operated), the fold-down mechanism is prevented from being operated (operation of a second lever member 24 is restricted).
