PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a failure cause of a cooling device at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the cooling device for cooling a loading device by performing heat exchange between coolant flowing through a coolant circuit and heating medium flowing through a heating medium circuit, a state of the coolant flowing through a chlorofluorocarbon circulation circuit, a state of heating medium flowing through a coolant circulation passage, an operation state of a compressor, a force feed pump and the like are measured by a measuring means. Self-diagnosis of abnormality whether measured data exceed a reference value or not is conducted and the measured data and self-diagnosis information are transmitted to a cellular phone 33 via a network 30 by a wireless transmission circuit 28 in a wireless manner.
