PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windbreak wall reduced in both of the material and work costs for constructing supporting poles and a foundation structure. SOLUTION: This windbreak wall comprises the supporting poles 5 and windbreak materials set among the supporting poles, being characterized by being constructed by setting supporting pole foundations 2 structured in the ground at regular intervals, anchor foundations 3 set on both sides of the supporting foundation row at the same intervals as those for the supporting pole foundations 2 at positions equal in distance from two supporting pole foundations 2 adjoining each other, underground beams 4 joining the nearmost supporting pole foundation 2 and the respective anchor foundations 3 each other, and tensioning materials 6 joining the upper parts of the respective supporting poles 5 and the anchor foundations 3 each other from the respective supporting poles 5 in a four-way fashion.
