PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of obtaining a stable transmission / reception characteristics, despite the apparatus being small-sized. SOLUTION: An insertion part 600, a contact part 601, and an elastic body 602 made of e.g., rubber or the like are arranged to the part of a housing, to which an antenna 102 is inserted in a way such that the rear part of the elastic body 602 is almost in parallel with a circuit board and the front part of the elastic body 602 is tilted to have a prescribed angle with respect to the circuit board. Since the elastic body is made of a nonconductive material, exposed metallic part of the antenna 102 is not in direct contact with a pattern on the circuit board and a semiconductor element so that the circuit board can be prevented from being destroyed.
