<p>An ink container suitable for forming a stabilized high quality print image and ensuring stabilized operation of a print recorder by making it possible to leave precipitates, e.g. rough grain ink, standing in the ink container body and eliminating a trouble due to the precipitates, e.g. rough grain ink, being supplied into the print recorder. A residual ink liquid region part (4) and a sheet ingress preventing member (6) as a shape sustaining means (5) are provided on the bottom section (2a) side of a bag-like ink container body (2) composed of a flexible sheet. The residual ink liquid region part (4) is placed at a position lower than one end (3a) of an ink supply opening part (3) secured to the ink container body (2). When the sheet composing the ink container body (2) moves, the sheet ingress preventing member (6) prevents the sheet from entering into the residual ink liquid region part (4), thus sustaining the shape and volume of the residual ink liquid region part (4).</p> |
