<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can perform an interrupted job or a job in a waiting state even if an error occurs in the image forming apparatus and grasp an accounting result precisely and to provide an accounting managing system. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 4 is provided with: a job storage means 51 for queueing the job which is an object of processing; a job execution means 55 for reading the job which is the object of the processing and is queued in the job storage means and executing the job; an accounting result storage means 52 for storing accounting data based on a result when the job executed in the job execution means is an object of accounting; a deletion control means 53 for deleting the job which is the object of the processing and storage of the accounting data of which is completed in the accounting result storage means from the job storage means; and a job re-execution means 54.
