PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a screen fabric stretching device having a special structure so as to extend the whole screen fabric 1 uniformly. SOLUTION: Four coiled springs 2 and 3 are arranged in a quadrilateral shape. The coiled spring consists of a large number of singly-coiled portions in a continuous form. Further, a large number of restricting means are arranged along each coiled spring and fixed to singly-coiled portions different from each other so as to restrict the four sides of a screen fabric with each restricting means and each extending means connects with both the ends of each coiled spring so as to extend each coiled spring by the extending means. Furthermore, the coiled springs and the extending means are shifted outwards the screen fabric normal to the four sides of the screen fabric in order to extend the whole screen fabric with the restricting means.
