A two-way slide opening/closing type mobile communication terminal is provided to install sliding modules on both sides of a body portion, and to comprise a cover portion open/closed on both sides of the body portion while being coupled with the sliding modules, thereby protecting an LCD portion of the body portion. A body portion(30) comprises an LCD portion(10) on an upper side, and comprises more than one sliding module(12) on both sides. A cover portion(40) is combined with the sliding modules(12) while being electrically connected with the body portion(30), and is open/closed on both sides of the body portion(30). A battery pack is detachably mounted on a lower side of the body portion(30). The sliding modules(12) are composed of guide rails(14) inserted into both sides of the body portion(30), and a moving block(20) transferred along the guide rails(14) and combined with an inner side of the cover portion(40).
