The invention concerns a fluid product dispensing head designed to be associated with a fluid product container (1), said head comprising a fixed base (2) formed by said container or designed to be mounted thereon, a rotary actuating element (3) rotatably mounted on the base (2) about an axis of rotation between two extreme stop positions, and a dispensing orifice (30) selectively sealable by rotation of the element on the base. The invention is characterized in that the two extreme stop positions define two opening positions of the dispensing orifice separated by at least one closing position of the dispensing orifice and in that the dispensing orifice (30) is located on the axis of rotation of the element on the base.
