PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for cooling the inside of a box structure installed outdoor and having a heating element therein, which can be reduced in size of its main body, can prevent rain water, dusts and the like from coming in an inside air passage and the box structure, and is easy to maintain. SOLUTION: A cooling device comprising a sensible heat exchanger 3, a circulating fan 4 and an outside air fan 5 is obtained wherein high temperature air in an upper part inside the box structure 2 is taken in from a circulating air suction port 6 provided in an upper part on the back surface of a body 1 to be cooled, the circulating fan 4 and the outside air fan 5 are adjacently fixed on a front panel 9 so that the circulating fan 4 and the outside air fan 5 can be attached/detached simultaneously with the attachment/detachment of the front panel 9, the body 1 and the front panel 9 are fixed to each other with a shield nut 25 and a bolt 26 via a sealing member 21 so that dusts and rain water can be prevented from coming in the inside air passage 8 from a clearance between the body 1 and the front panel 9.
