PURPOSE:To improve the cooling efficiency by forming a belt accommodating chamber into sealed structure and installing fins onto pulleys and making different gap between the belt accommodating chamber and the pulleys. CONSTITUTION:A belt accommodating chamber 8 surrounding a belt transmission part 9 is formed into sealed structure, except an inflow port 8a and effluence port 8b. Cooling fins 14 are formed integrally onto the side surfaces of a driving-side pulley 10 and a trailing-side pulley 11, and each gap between the inner surface of the belt accommodating chamber 8 and the outer peripheral surfaces of the pulleys 10 and 11 differs the direction of revolution of the pulleys 10 and 11. Therefore, the adverse current of air can be prevented, and smooth flow air from the air inflow port to the air effluence port is generated, and the air cooling with high efficiency is permitted.
