PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make coating unevenness on a part to be delivered less in a delivery device for delivering a liquid-like material, and a delivery method.

SOLUTION: X coordinate of a reference nozzle of a second head is further deviated by 1/2 times of a first length relative to that deviated by a second length from X coordinate of the reference nozzle of a first head. X coordinate of a reference nozzle of a fourth head is further deviated by 1/2 times of the first length relative to X coordinate deviated by the second length from X coordinate of the reference nozzle of a third head. The X coordinate of the reference nozzle of the third head is deviated by 1/4 times or 3/4 times of the first length relative to the X coordinate deviated by the second length from the X coordinate of the reference nozzle of the second head. The first length is a nozzle pitch in an X axis direction of the head. The second length is the product of the first length and the number of nozzles/4 of the head.
