PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust to a bias value suitably for an operating state. SOLUTION: When a detected temperature inside approaches approximately to a set temperature (0°C), a small bias value X=2.2K is selected, and a set temperature of brine is raised (-2.2°C). On the other hand, when the temperature inside is separated from the set temperature and is high, a high bias value X=10K is selected, and the set temperature of brain is lowered (-10°C). In a case when the control operation is performed to keep the inside of the storage at the set temperature by switching on and off a pump, the set temperature of brain is raised, whereby the overcooling of a wall face inside of the storage can be prevented, the difference between high and low temperatures through the set temperature is kept small, and the inside of the storage can be kept under high humidity in a state that the dew condensation is hardly found on the wall face inside of the storage. On the other hand, when the inside temperature is suddenly raised in accompany with the opening and closing of a door, the set temperature of brain is lowered, and a cooling speed is increased, whereby the temperature inside can be recovered approximately to the set temperature in a short time.
