PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remarkably innovative hinge device capable of positioning and holding a wire to be wound around the hinge device for integration in the hinge device, capable of smoothly turning even if normal and reverse turns are repeated to remarkably improve durability without generating a failure in the wire, easy to be packed and carried before fitting the hinge device to a first member and a second member, capable of improving efficiency of assembling work in a following process, suited for mass production, and easy to manage quality thereof. SOLUTION: The hinge device pivotally fits the first member 2 and the second member 4 to each other. The hinge device is provided with a wire winding part 22 for winding the wire 21, which electrically connects a circuit part provided in the first member 2 to a circuit part provided in the second member 4, in the circumferential direction in relation to the hinge axial direction, and a housing part 23 for housing the wire 21 wound around the wire winding part 22 is provided in a shaft fitting part 10 provided with turning shaft parts 9 and 16 working as the hinge shaft.
