PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database system or the like for allowing a user to properly set and store display items at the time of list-displaying information acquired from a database, and to use the stored display items as the list display items. SOLUTION: A control part 201 of a server 101 sets display items 902 at the time of displaying information acquired from a merchandise information database 301 and its arrangement in response to a display item setting request from terminal equipment 103, and names it as a display item set 912, and stores it in a merchandise information database 301. A control part 201 calls the stored display item set 912, and provides an information list 901 to list and display the information acquired from the merchandise information database 301 according to the display items 902.
