<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility equipment management apparatus (management apparatus) capable of accurately recognizing the occurrence of abnormality relating to the reception of management data. <P>SOLUTION: A management apparatus 4 is a management apparatus which manages a plurality of air conditioners from a remote place, and is provided with a communicating part 40, a detecting part 45, a counting part 46 and a determining part 47. The communicating part 40 receives daily reports including the operation data of the air conditioner. The detecting part 45 detects failure relating to the reception of the daily reports. The counting part 46 counts the number of times of the detection of the failure. The determining part 47 determines whether or not the number of times reaches a predetermined threshold, or whether or not it exceeds the threshold, and when the number of times reaches the threshold, or exceeds the threshold, the determining part 47 outputs information to notify the occurrence of abnormality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
