PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce coupling loss caused between a plurality of conductors by impressing an alternating current external magnetic field, and to reduce alternating current loss of a hysteresis loss on respective wiring materials generated by crossover of the alternating current external magnetic field. SOLUTION: A plurality of superconductor pieces formed by laminating superconducting materials and buffer materials 5 are arranged on a base plate 4, and the superconductor piece is divided into a plurality of pieces by forming slits. Tape wiring materials electrically connecting adjacent superconductor pieces are formed by filling electric resistor material in the slits. The tape wiring materials are made to face each other, and the buffer materials facing each other at both ends of the tape wiring materials are electrically connected by a normal conductor.
