PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image input apparatus, an exposure apparatus, and an image recording apparatus with a simple uniform light source having high accuracy. SOLUTION: When dispersion in the sensitivity of each imaging element of a CCD 6a is measured by using the uniform light source 7 for supplying uniform light via an optical fiber bundle 10 and thereafter an exposed luminous quantity is measured to optimize the luminous quantity at exposure, the dispersion in the sensitivity by each imaging element is corrected, a more precise exposure luminous quantity is obtained, the optimization of the exposure luminous quantity is made more proper in its turn and exposure with high quality is obtained without shading or the like caused by the dispersion in the sensitivity of each imaging element.
