<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water stop part forming method of a wire harness, a water stop part forming jig of a wire harness and the wire harness capable of permeating a water stop agent coated between peripheral surfaces of each wire surely between wires of a water stop center part. <P>SOLUTION: For forming a water stop part 17 by filling a water stop agent 11 between peripheral surfaces of each wire 1 at a prescribed position of an electric wire bundle 3 with a plurality of wires 1 bundled, a pair of supporting parts 25, 25 are arranged with a space along a horizontal direction, and also, the electric wire bundle 3 is supported nearly horizontally and at a prescribed height by each supporting part 25, 25, and then the water stop agent 11 is applied to the prescribed position of the wire bundle 3 between each supporting part to be permeated inside as the water stop forming method of the wire harness. An air gap 39 is formed at the prescribed position of the wire bundle 3 by a stick member 35 erected between the respective supporting parts, and after the water stop agent 11 is applied to the peripheral surface of each wire 1, the stick member 35 is taken out of the wire bundle 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
