PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet compound material for a dispersive type compression molding magnet by which variations of magnetic characteristics are controlled by evenly dispersing magnet powders and resin corpuscles in the magnet compound material.

SOLUTION: The magnet compound material is used for compression molding wherein the magnet powders 1 and the resin corpuscles 2 are mixed and agitated, then the resin corpuscles 2 are electrostatically adhered to the magnet powders 1. Magnetism of a magnet molding thus obtained is made uniform in a wide range, and the variations of the magnetism are reduced.
