A pillar frame connection device is provided to facilitate installation and dismantlement of form panels, to enable recycling of the form panels, pillar frames, and fastening units, to easily cope with a change of standards, to enable semi-permanent use of a form, and to prevent deformation of the form panels by lateral pressure bearing. A pillar frame connection device comprises plate members(110) and a reinforcing member(120) connected to the edges of the plate members. Form panels(100) having corners interconnected are supported by pillar frames(200), and stress dispersion units are installed to the pillar frames. In the stress dispersion unit, a holding-down piece is connected to a spiral pillar to disperse stress and a fixing unit supporting plural fixing bars is connected to the pillar. Plural pillar frames, wherein shape steels(210) having plural pin connection grooves(230) are installed in a state of having predetermined combining spaces(220) by connection members, are movably connected through connection plates hingably connected. To make the connected pillar frames cover the outside of the form panels, stoppers(320) are installed to the corresponding pillar frames and tie bolts(310) are inserted in the pillar frames and are fastened by nuts(330).
