METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ARTIFICIAL HAIRS FOR BRUSH CAPABLE OF INCREASING ABSORPTION FORCE IN USE

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of manufacturing artificial hairs for a brush, in which artificial hairs form a surface tension and a fine surface similar to those of natural hairs using a method of forming a rough surface by applying scratches on a surface of a yarn. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing artificial hairs for a brush comprises a step of applying scratches to artificial hairs wherein the artificial hairs are pressurized with a roller having irregularities, a sand paper or rough particles so as to apply the scratches. The method further comprises a step of unfolding the artificial hairs to a monolayer and then fixing both ends of the artificial hairs before applying the scratches to the hairs for the purpose that the artificial hairs are not overlapped so as to apply the scratches to all hairs when applying the scratches and the hairs are not to be attached to the roller applying the scratches to the hairs with the pressure.
