摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the data reliability to a blood flow signal by removing dynamic noises from the blood flow signal detected by a photo-blood flow meter in an apparatus and a method for detecting the blood flow signal with the removed dynamic noises, and a stress testing apparatus by using this. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for detecting the blood flow signal, in which the dynamic noises are removed, decides a peak point with the blood flow signal detected from the subject body by a fixed detecting means of the blood flow amount, and the apparatus comprises a calculating device of the base pattern coefficient of correlation, which calculates the coefficient of correlation about the fixed base patten and each peak pattern by using the fixed base pattern, and a dynamic noise processing device, which detects the presence of the dynamic noises by using the calculated coefficient of correlation and removes the dynamic noises with the blood flow signal. The apparatus and the method effectively remove the dynamic noises caused by the movement of the subject with the blood flow signal which are detected by the blood flow detecting device, and have the effect for improving the reliability to the blood flow signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
