PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a cytokinin production inhibitor of new type different from a steroid agent causing various adverse effects and an immunosuppressive agent such as cyclosporine, FK506, etc., conventionally having difficulty in specifically controlling and treating immunological/allergic disease of serious illness or immune response of Th1 type or Th2 type.

SOLUTION: The more excellent cytokinin production inhibitor comprises a compound represented by formula (I) (A and B are each CH or N; X is a halogen atom or the like; m is an integer of 0-5; T is S, O or NH; Y is a halogen atom or the like; n is an integer of 0-4; R1is an alkyl group or the like; R2is a hydrogen atom or the like; Z is a hydroxy group, an alkoxy group or the like) or its salt as an active ingredient.
