PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly assemble first and second members by using bolts even when dimension error is found between a void between two bolt holes formed on the first member and a void between two bolt holes formed on the second member. SOLUTION: A round hole 22 and a cut groove 23 are formed on a support member 21 in a state of being longitudinally separated from each other, and a flat part 23B extended in the longitudinal direction of the support member 21 is formed on a depth part of the cut groove 23. Whereby the bolts 15 can be inserted into bolt insertion holes 8B of a projecting beam 8 while being moved within a range allowed by a width of the cut groove 23, and brought into contact with the flat part 23B of the cut groove 23, and the support member 21 can be assembled with proper attitude to the projecting beam 8, even when the dimension error is found between a dimension P1 of an void between the bolt insertion holes 8A, 8B of the projecting beam 8 and a dimension P2 of a void between the round hole 22 and the cut groove 23 of the support member 21.
