A right management server (2) includes: a music composition data holding section (11) for holding the copyright of a music composition, the right of the player, right information on an owner of the right of the master right or a right manager, and the music use condition; a registration module (10b) for registering the music composition right information and the use condition in the music composition data holding section; an input screen presentation module (10c) for presenting an input screen for describing a desired music composition to be used, in a terminal device of the music composition user; a search module (10d) for searching the music composition held by the music composition data holding section according to the music composition title transmitted from the terminal device of the music composition user; a condition presentation module (10e) for presenting a use condition of the music composition searched by the search module, in the terminal device of the music composition user; and a music composition distribution module (10g) for distributing a music composition to the terminal device of the music composition user. According to this right management server (2), it is possible to easily obtain permission of use of three rights: the copyright of the music composition, the right of the player, and the right of the master.
