PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is unsafe to leave an opening or the like adjoining the outside, open because of the frequent occurrence of heinous crimes in recent years although there are cases of keeping the opening adjoining the outside, that is, a vestibule door or a window, in the open state for ventilation or the like in an apartment house, a detached house, a building, a factory, or the like and there are cases of desiring to provide an off-limit area with partition-like use in the case of keeping important articles indoors. SOLUTION: This intrusion preventing screen apparatus 1 is provided with a shut-off member 3 such as a net formed of a strong material and having air permeability; a shut-off member support means 21 for supporting the shut-off member 3 in an openable/closable manner; a locking means composed of a lock pin 17, a shaft 35, and the like to lock the shut-off member 3 in the closed state; a fixing means 41 for fixing the shut-off member support means 21 indoors; and the like. Consequently, if the apparatus 1 is installed inside the vestibule door and operated, an intrusion preventing effect is high, so that the vestibule door can be opened to ventilate with a sense of security.
