PURPOSE: A method for refusing call reception of a mobile terminal is provided to allow a user to store various comments for a plurality of reception refuse items, select a suitable comment when a call is received, and send a corresponding voice message to a caller. CONSTITUTION: A user enters a menu for setting a reception refuse method, sets a plurality of reception refuse items and voice messages for each item, and stores them. When a voice call signal is received, the user inputs a reception refuse button so that the plurality of reception refuse items can be displayed on an external display window. The user selects a suitable item according to a situation from the plurality of reception refuse items as displayed, and sends a corresponding stored voice message of the selected item to a caller terminal.
