PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional rice cooking system that significantly reduces the installation area by omitting a transfer conveyor used in soaking, rice cooking and steaming processes. SOLUTION: A soaking section 20 and a steaming section 19 are provided on a shelf 12 on which a plurality of rice cooking pots 10 are mounted, a rice cooking section 13 is provided below the shelf 12, and an articulated industrial robot 14 to scoop up and transport the rice cooking pots 10 mounted on the shelf 12 to the soaking section 20, the rice cooking section 13 and the steaming section 19 is provided in a space surrounded by the shelf 12 and the rice cooking section 13.
