PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper holder with magnet capable of being mounted on a non-magnetic wall surface where a fastening implement automatically moves without touching it by hand to hold a memo pad or the like between a mounting member and the fastening implement or to pull it out. SOLUTION: The paper holder with magnet is formed with the elements consisting of the mounting member 1 to part of whose non-magnetic base plate 2 a first magnetic article 3 is made fixed and the fastening implement 11 with a second magnetic article 12 for attracting the first magnetic article. Both the first and second magnetic article are formed with either the magnets or a combination of the magnet and magnetic article so that the second magnetic article can be attracted to the first magnetic article. Both the above non-magnetic article surface and the bottom surface of the second magnetic article 12 are formed so as to acquire a smooth sliding plane. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
