PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To radiate heating from a stator winding, etc. in a high efficiency by embedding an air gap between the stator winding and a case with a potting agent. SOLUTION: A heat sink structure of the stator includes a ring-like stator (7) having the stator winding (6) in the case (1) formed in a cup-like shape and internally installed, the potting agent (11) filled between this stator winding (6) and the case (1) in such a manner that heating of the stator winding (6), etc. is transmitted directly to the case (1) to radiate the heat in the high efficiency.
