The method involves cutting a metallic crude piece (1) and deforming the piece by cold striking to obtain an outline (2) with a recessing zone (3). The outline undergoes heat treatment by annealing cold striking operation to form a boring (8) that is tapped and repressed to form an internal threading (10) in the boring. The outline undergoes heat treatment after and before formation of the zone and boring, respectively. An Independent claim is also included for an embedded nut.
