<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of alignment mechanisms for a print media sheet, suitable for a case such as single-side printing and double-side printing, with a simple mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: One embodiment has a media passage constituted so as to carry print media up to the end from the end of an image forming device, and a plurality of alignment walls. The image forming device has the alignment mechanism constitutable so as to be positioned by applying the print media to one alignment wall selected from the plurality of alignment walls when the print media is carried along this medium passage, and an image forming mechanism constituted so as to form an image on the aligned print media received from this alignment mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
