PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of the flow rate of press working oil with which clogging or the like is suppressed and the working oil is stably supplied even in the case a minute quantity of the working oil is supplied. SOLUTION: This device is provided with nozzles for supplying the press working oil onto a press working material, a flow control valve for controlling the flow rate of the press working oil which is supplied to the nozzles and control means for driving the flow control valve. By the control means, the flow control valve is driven in the either of the fully opened state and totally closed state, the full opening and full closing are repeated at a prescribed period and the ratio of the fully opening term to the totally closed term in the prescribed period is changed in accordance with a flow rate taking the viscosity of the supplied press working oil into consideration. Furthermore, by the control means, the prescribed period is changed in accordance with the flow rate taking the viscosity of the supplied press working oil into consideration.
